Korbo

Privacy policy

How Korbo collects, uses and protects personal data.

1. Who processes data?

Zak-IA — Sébastien Schunck de Goldfiem EI, SIREN 444 528 962, 171 chemin de Marcadé, 40180 Clermont — controls processing relating to the website, accounts, billing, security and business relationship.

For prospect data entered or imported into a customer workspace, the customer organisation generally acts as controller and Zak-IA as processor.

Privacy contact: contact@zak-ia.fr.

2. Data involved

We may process identity and professional data, contact details, organisation, roles and permissions, billing information, security logs, preferences, support requests and usage data.

Users may add professional prospect information, notes, public sources, links, content and analysis outputs. Data may be collected directly or obtained from public sources identified in the file.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract: accounts, functionality, subscriptions, credits, payments and support. Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, technical evidence, service improvement and B2B communications, subject to individual rights.

Legal obligation: accounting, invoicing and authorised requests. Consent: optional trackers and communications where required.

4. AI-assisted analysis

Korbo turns supplied information and authorised sources into sales hypotheses: potential cognitive biases, emotional signals, objections and next actions. Outputs are probabilistic, non-clinical and require human confirmation.

Korbo does not make solely automated individual decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Users must review outputs and must not use them to discriminate or infringe rights.

5. Recipients and providers

Data may be accessed by authorised organisation users, authorised Zak-IA staff where necessary, and essential hosting, payment, email, security and AI providers within their remit.

Processors are contractually governed. Recognised GDPR safeguards are used for transfers outside the EEA.

6. Retention

Account and service data are retained during the contract and, where needed, for up to three years thereafter. Accounting records and invoices are kept for ten years. Security logs are normally kept for twelve months.

Prospect data follow the customer’s instructions and settings, then are deleted or returned at service end subject to legal duties. Cookie choices are retained for six months.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

Email contact@zak-ia.fr. If the data are controlled by a customer, we may forward the request. You may complain to the French CNIL at cnil.fr.

8. Security and changes

Korbo applies organisation isolation, access controls, transport encryption, logging and backups appropriate to risk.

This policy may change with the service or law. The update date appears above and material changes will be notified appropriately.
