Terms of sale
Terms applicable to Korbo subscriptions and credits purchased by business customers.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the supply of Korbo by Zak-IA exclusively to customers acting for business purposes. Subscribing requires prior acceptance.
Korbo is an online tool for sales preparation, prospecting and decision-signal analysis.
2. Order and access
The customer selects a plan, supplies the requested information and confirms the order. Access starts after payment confirmation or express activation by Zak-IA.
The customer warrants that its information is accurate and protects each user’s credentials.
3. Prices, subscriptions and credits
The price, currency, billing period, seats and included allowances are those shown before purchase. Access is limited to the selected plan.
Under the current usage model, each user receives 100 AI analyses and 1,000 field-prospecting companies each month. Thereafter, one analysis costs 12 credits and one listed company costs 2 credits. Packs are 100 credits for €9.90, 500 for €49.90 and 1,000 for €79.90, subject to the taxes and information shown at checkout.
Credits may be allocated to authorised members of the same organisation. They are not currency or a financial instrument and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Payment and invoicing
Payment is handled by the provider displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are prepaid and renew automatically for the same period.
Overdue amounts automatically bear interest at the latest ECB refinancing rate plus ten percentage points and a fixed €40 recovery charge. No early-payment discount applies.
5. Term and cancellation
Customers may cancel from their billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless a legitimate reason requires earlier termination.
Zak-IA may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, security threats or material breach, with notice where circumstances permit.
6. Permitted use and data
The customer must use Korbo in accordance with the law, individual rights and documentation. It must not upload unlawfully obtained data, bypass allowances, disrupt the service or access another workspace.
For prospect data processed on the customer’s behalf, the customer is controller and Zak-IA processor. The customer must establish a lawful basis, provide required notices and honour data-subject rights.
7. Artificial intelligence
Outputs are probabilistic, explained where possible and must be checked by a human. Korbo does not make decisions that alone produce legal or similarly significant effects on a prospect.
Special-category data under Article 9 GDPR must not be added without an appropriate legal basis and written instructions compatible with the service.
8. Availability and support
Zak-IA uses reasonable efforts to maintain continuity and security. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, upgrades or external causes.
Support is available at contact@zak-ia.fr.
9. Liability
Each party is liable for direct loss caused by its proven breach. Except for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, bodily injury or mandatory law, Zak-IA’s total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event.
Zak-IA is not liable for decisions based on unverified analysis, customer-supplied data or third-party services.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, disputes fall within the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules.
